Anything sturdy works.  If children will be sitting on Santa’s knee, someone must be available to lift the children on and off.  Santa’s not getting any younger!

PayPal, Venmo, or Cash are all accepted.  Payment must be made upon booking.      

Yes.  Santa Jim drives an SUV and needs to park as close to the event as possible.  Santa Jim will call or text a few minutes prior to his arrival.  Someone should meet him to escort him into the facility.

Of course.  In fact, it’d be great if you could send some of the photos to Santa Jim for him to use on his social media accounts and website.

Possibly.  It will depend on a few things, and we’ll discuss that prior to his arrival.

Absolutely.  To that end, please avoid asking questions like, “Where did you get your costume?” or “What’s your day job?”  Also, Santa Claus never drinks any alcohol. So feel free to offer Santa Jim  some water… or hot cocoa.

This one is really important.  Santa Jim will talk with you well prior to his visit to coordinate things.  He’ll ask you questions designed to determine how to make the most of his visit.  Please be candid with him. 

For his comfort, he may need to remove his jacket and/or hat during the visit.  As you can imagine, it can get really warm in those clothes!  So, please don’t’ position him beside the fire.  Remember to be flexible.  As we say at the North Pole, things happen.

We’ll talk about that during out planning call, but Santa Jim is always happy to read to children.  “A Visit From Saint Nicholas” (the traditional “Twas the Night Before Christmas” story) is one of his favorites.   He can also pass out gifts you provide.  If you’re planning on having Santa Jim pass out any presents, be sure the presents are well marked, with the name of the recipient written on the present, not on a gift tag.  And someone who knows how to pronounce each name needs to be there to help Santa.
